The parent company of crypto ETP provider 21Shares, 21.co, has raised $25 million in a funding round led by hedge fund Marshall Wace.
According to Reuters, the participants in the fundraising include Collab+Currency, Quiet Ventures, ETFS Capital and Valor Equity Partners.
The valuation of the company has increased to $2B following this latest funding round. According to the firm, this makes it the “largest cryptocurrency unicorn in Switzerland.”
21.co has said:
