Crypto exchanges registered in Kazakhstan will continue to serve Russian users, which means they do not intend to block all accounts belonging to Russian investors, as other trading platforms have started to do.
However, Kazakh exchanges will adhere to the sanctions regime that applies to Russia.
For example, the Intebix platform will continue to serve only those Russians who are not included in the European and American sanctions lists. Transactions with digital currencies on this site are only available in pairs with tenge (KZT).
