Analyst software provider MicroStrategy has just purchased an additional 2,501 BTC for $44,6M.
According to a report to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), between November 1 and December 21, 2022, MicroStrategy purchased approximately 2,395 BTC for $42.8 million at a price of $17,871.
The company currently owns 132,500 BTC worth approximately $4.03 billion.
According to the same document, on December 22, the company sold approximately 704 BTC for $11.8 million. On December 24, MicroStrategy bought 810 BTC for $13.6 million at an average price of about $16,845.
The last time MicroStrategy bought BTC was in September, when the company acquired 301 BTC for $6 million.
