US crypto exchange Kraken has unveiled its non-fungible token (NFT) trading platform following a closed beta test.

The marketplace was integrated with the Polygon network, and the range of collections was increased from 70 to 250, including Reddit avatars. Interestingly, the platform does not charge any transaction fees and allows users to purchase tokens both in cryptocurrency and fiat using a bank card.

According to its blog, “FOMO-inducing crashes” and “record-breaking DeFi trading spikes” will no longer deter people from buying NFTs. Furthermore, Kraken joined forces with the Formula 1 team, Williams Racing, meaning NFT holders will be granted the chance to showcase their token on a racing car.

The platform looks forward to introducing new features, competitions, and collections in the near future. In May, Digital Bitcoin Art and Assets launched its own ‘first trading platform for Bitcoin-NFT’ in beta mode.

Subsequently, the Tabi NFT marketplace, powered by the BNB Chain ecosystem, successfully raised $10 million in funding. It includes an “experience points” system that rewards user actions with bonus points.
