Ethereum ETFs Could Start Listing This Week, Sources Say

According to a source familiar with the matter, issuers of spot Ether exchange-traded funds (ETFs) anticipate receiving final approval from regulators very soon.

This sets the stage for the ETFs to potentially begin listing as early as next week.

The source, who wishes to remain anonymous due to the private nature of their discussions with the issuers, revealed that they expect to receive final comments from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission by the beginning of next week, or even as early as July 12.

In order to expedite the approval process, several issuers, such as VanEck and 21Shares, have filed amended registrations this week.

There are a total of eight spot issuers waiting for the green light from regulators. Industry analysts predict that when ETH ETFs are listed, they could attract billions of dollars in investments and potentially drive up the price of Ether.
