The popular payment application Cash App, created by Block, will be discontinuing its services in the UK after six successful years.
According to a notification on the app’s terms of service on July 18, Cash App UK will officially close on September 15. However, the app assures users that their funds will remain secure and accessible even after the service ends.
In a statement, Cash App expressed the difficulty in making the decision to close, acknowledging the impact it will have on its customers, partners, and employees who have contributed to its success over the years.
