In the past 90 days, Token Terminal reported that the Tron network has generated approximately $435 million in fees, surpassing the Ethereum network’s fee revenues of approximately $364 million.

Tron founder Justin Sun shared that over the course of 30 days, Tron’s protocol revenue exceeded Ethereum’s by 50%.

Sun expressed optimism and projected that if this trend continues, Tron’s protocol revenue could reach $2 billion this year, making it the most profitable blockchain in the world.

In addition, the total settlement volume for USDT transactions on the Tron network during the second quarter of 2024 amounted to about one-third of Visa’s total settlement volume.

This translates to about $1.25 trillion in transaction settlements solely on the Tron network, reflecting its significant role and impact in the blockchain industry.
