The team of Solana-powered real-time transaction settlement protocol Zebec has recently announced that it has completed a $15 million Series A funding round which has been led by Solana Ventures and Distributed Global.
According to the announcement, the funding round has also seen the participation of Coinbase Ventures, Circle, Alameda Research and Lightspeed.
The startup plans to use the raised funds to keep scaling the protocol. The aim of the project is to make it easier to send and receive payments.
The company raised $6 million in November last year in a pre-seed investment round and launched the compliant payroll application Zebec Payroll.
Zebec Payroll allows employees to automatically convert part of the received funds into digital currencies, among other things.
