Web browser Opera has recent announced it has integrated several key blockchain ecosystems into its Web3 browser. From now on, its users will have access to StarkEx, Polygon, Solana, Ronin, Celo, Bitcoin and Nervos systems.
In addition, the company has announced that its users will also be able to access Proof-of-Stake blockchains and Ethereum Layer-2 ecosystems.
Thanks to the integration of these blockchains, users will be able to access decentralized exchanges Solend and Raydium, as well as virtual reality platforms such as Decentraland.
Jorgen Arnesen, vice president of mobile technologies at Opera, has said the company is striving for the mass adoption of crypto technologies. He has said:
“Ultimately, Web3 is on its way to becoming a mainstream web technology, and users won’t need to know they’re interacting with it.”
