The headquarters of the STEPN project will be moved to the Cyberport business park in Hong Kong’s South District.

According to sources, there are about 1,800 startups in Cyberport, including Animoca Brands.

The company has made the decision after a conversation with the former chairman of the Cyberport business park, George Lam, about creating conditions for launching Web3 projects in Hong Kong.

Many companies are seeking to leave the metropolis against the backdrop of serious covid restrictions imposed by the city authorities.

According to FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried, the strict lockdown is one of the reasons for moving the exchange’s headquarters from Hong Kong to the Bahamas.
