The Graph Project Announces it is Moving to Arbitrum Network

Reading time: < 1 minute

Decentralized data indexing protocol Graph has recently announced the move to the final phase of deployment for the second-level network Arbitrum, with the aim of increasing scalability and reducing transaction costs.

The project community voted in favor of the initiative, hoping to expand networking opportunities and reduce participation costs.

The rollout began in 2022, and the protocol’s rewards were activated on the second stage. Now, as part of the third phase, The Graph users will be able to make a full transition to Arbitrum.

CEO Tagan Kline of one of the Edge & Node protocol development teams has stated that users wanted to enhance the efficiency of gas consumption and other characteristics of the network, and Arbitrum will provide users with enhanced speed and availability.

The Graph team is now developing tools to simplify the transition process by gradually migrating protocol rewards from Ethereum to be fully operational on L2.
