The team at MetaMask have made design changes to the browser extension wallet, version 10.33, to make navigation more intuitive.
This includes combining the address, connection status, network and account selection information into one line, as well as moving the network selector to the upper left corner and separating the account selection from the main menu navigation.
According to the developers, their goal is to reduce “visual noise” and make it easier for users to interact with decentralized applications.
They hope that this will make using the platform more secure and enjoyable.
However, in April, MetaMask developer Taylor Monahan discovered that an exploit had caused wallet users to lose over $10.5 million.
