FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried’s attorneys have filed a motion to cross-examine witnesses for the prosecution.

This comes after the defense stated that they are limited in the ways they can gather information to construct a defense.

The lawyers argued that they should not be prevented from questioning government witnesses if it helps to build their defense.

They also requested that prosecutors be prohibited from relying on non-expert witnesses for expert testimony.

The defense team points to the fact that FTX followed its terms of service, regardless of how customers interpreted them, as evidence of their innocence.

However, prosecutors argued that the law extends beyond violations of written contracts.

According to the evidence they presented, Bankman-Fried allegedly misused customer funds and repeatedly deceived them about how FTX handled their assets.
