CNBC host Jim Cramer has made multiple predictions about a potential decline in the cryptocurrency market.
In early October, he advised investors to sell their digital currency. Cramer believes that the collapse of BTC is inevitable due to the struggling US technology sector and a decrease in capital investment in IT companies.
Consequently, he predicted that Bitcoin would also experience losses. However, in a recent appearance on CNBC, Cramer publicly acknowledged that his predictions for Bitcoin were incorrect.
He has since changed his stance on cryptocurrency, now believing that BTC will see growth in the long term. Cramer stated:
“Listen to me, if you believe in Bitcoin, then go ahead and buy it. That’s my stance. At one point, I thought all the money had been made on Bitcoin, but I was proven wrong in the end.”
