During a special address in West Palm Beach, Florida on June 14, former United States President Donald Trump promised to end President Joe Biden’s “war on crypto” if reelected.
Trump, who was celebrating his 78th birthday, vowed to keep the future of crypto and Bitcoin in America, emphasizing the role of Florida in this industry.
This is not the first time that Trump has criticized Biden for his stance on crypto, with the former president stating on May 26 that the US should aim to be a leader in the industry and not settle for anything less.
Trump has consistently denounced Biden as the “worst president” and accused him of wanting crypto to fail. Trump made these statements on his social media platform, Truth Social, which is owned by Trump Media and Technology Group.
