An integration of Ethereum Name Service (ENS) names will now allow Venmo and PayPal customers to easily transfer cryptocurrency.

This was announced by ENS Labs on September 10, and it is expected that the integration will reach over 270 million users located in the United States.

By registering an ENS name, users can create a more user-friendly nickname for their blockchain address, instead of using a long and complicated combination of letters and numbers.

This makes transferring cryptocurrency simpler and reduces the risk of errors and lost funds, according to ENS Labs.

Khori Whittaker, the executive director of ENS Labs, shared that this integration will make ENS naming accessible to millions of users through platforms such as Venmo, PayPal Mobile, and PayPal Web.
